Wedding Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your floral wedding arrangements. We desire that your special event be as beautiful and memorable as possible and will work closely with you to have everything exactly as you wish

Booking and Cancellations
Weddings require a 10% deposit to secure your wedding date
The balance is due in full two weeks before the wedding date
If the event is cancelled, Pretty Street Flowers will retain the initial 10% deposit to cover costs incurred
Where specific varieties of flowers are requested, Pretty Street Flowers reserves the right to make substitutions whenever market conditions affect the integrity or availability of the defined flowers
Substitutions will be of equivalent value
In the event of a fire, natural disaster (floods, bushfires and pandemic orders, or equivalent), personal tragedy or another such emergency, and where an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, a refund of all monies paid can be provided

I give Pretty Street Flowers, its representatives and employees the right to photograph me and my property in connection with their wedding
I authorise Pretty Street Flowers, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print or electronically
I agree that Pretty Street Flowers may use photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, such as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content

Renal of Equipment
Any equipment rented for your wedding must be returned in good condition as soon as practicable after the event

Delivery and Venue Setup
Delivery and venue setup charges will be discussed during the consultation process and included in the invoice

On payment of the initial 10% deposit, you accept the invoiced price and authorise Pretty Street Flowers to proceed with the decorations as described therein. Any additions to the original invoice provided can be mutually agreed upon and updated as required.
